Video Tape Transfers

Your tapes are handled with care and recorded with precision from start to finish, right here in the Twin Cities Metro.

Digitizing is a recording process- we play your tape from start to finish, capturing everything to make sure you get every minute of your footage.

Once the recording is complete, we double check your new digital file for tracking, image quality, and sound quality to make sure you are getting the best result possible.

If your tapes are labeled, we'll keep the content in chronological order. Have special notes? We'll do our best to include them. If you have any special requests or accomodations don't hesitate to ask!

Formats Accepted:

VHS

VHS cassettes are 7.4 inches by 4 inches and 1 inch thick with half inch wide tape inside.

Compact VHS

VHS-C cassettes are 3.6 inches by 2.0 inches and 0.8 inches thick with the standard VHS half inch wide tape inside.

Hi-8 & Digital 8

Compact video cassets are 3.6875 inches by 2.375 inches and 0.6 inches thick.

Mini DV

Using digital data, these Mini DV's are 2.6 inches by 1.92 inches 0.48 inches thick.

Pricing is a flat rate per tape- if your tape is blank or entirely recorded over TV coverage, you won't be charged.

DELIVERABLES:

• USB 32GB flash drives are $15 each
• DVDs are $30 per tape/$10 per copy
